玉米淀粉塑料(主要用于塑料餐具、可降解一次性餐具等),是生物降解塑料聚乳酸(PLA)的一种,聚乳酸是以乳酸为主要原料聚合得到的聚合物,主要以玉米、木薯等为原料。是《关于公布聚己二酰丁二胺等107种可用于食品包装材料的树脂名单的公告》(卫生部2011年第23号)中的第53种物质。
