1、PLA的单体原料制备
1. Preparation of monomer raw materials for PLA
PLA的单体原料是乳酸,它一般是将玉米等壳类作物碾碎后,从中提取淀粉,然后将淀粉制成未精化的葡萄糖。接着通过类似生产啤酒或酒精的方式来发酵葡萄糖,经过提纯工艺得到乳酸单体。
The monomer raw material of PLA is lactic acid. It generally crushes corn and other shell crops, extracts starch from them, and then makes the starch into undefined glucose. Then glucose is fermented in a similar way to beer or alcohol production, and lactic acid monomer is obtained through purification process.

2、PLA的聚合方法
2. Polymerization method of PLA
PLA的合成主要有两种方法,分别是乳酸直接缩聚法和丙交酯开环聚合法(又叫二步法)。其中二步法常用,其过程是首先将乳酸进行减压蒸馏制得丙交酯(LA),再以丙交酯为单体,在引发剂、高温、高真空度的条件下反应数小时制得PLA。
There are two main methods to synthesize PLA, namely, direct condensation polymerization of lactic acid and ring opening polymerization of lactide (also called two-step method). The two-step method is commonly used. First, lactic acid is distilled under reduced pressure to produce lactide (LA), and then lactide is used as monomer to react for several hours under the conditions of initiator, high temperature and high vacuum to produce PLA.
